OUR HISTORY

Pizza Do.C. was born in 2017, because the desire to transform pizza into a piece of art.

This living desire continues to burn like the fire of our wood-burning oven.

Located near the Stadium, in the baroque city of Lecce, our pizzeria is like a magical place, a springboard towards infinite worlds through the delicious flavor of a pampering for your palate.

The Pizza Do.C. pizzeria was founded by Donatello Cordella, a pizza chef for around 30 years, winner, among other awards of the Guinness World Record for the greatest number of pizzas prepared in twelve hours.

 

We use only the best quality ingredients for our pizza, 100% Made in Italy. We let our pizza dough rise, rest and mature for 48 to 72 hours. We always create new doughs with different cereals and flours.

To come to our pizzeria doesn't just mean eating a pizza; it is an experience that involves all the senses. You will smell the pizza cooked with the heat of the ember, the flavor of the fresh and fine ingredients, you will look at the colors and the glance of our products, you will experience the comfortable and modern atmosphere of our dining room.
